Q: How do I select the best car for my son or daughter?
A: When selecting a ride-on car, bike or quad it's important to assess the child's age against the features of the car, if he or she is under 4, we would recommend a smaller 6volt, single motor bike or trike, something that will get them moving, a little older 4-6 years old, a ride-on 6volt to 12volt ride-on car would get them moving quicker with dual motors, and for the older child under 10, you can’t go past our range of Ride-On Quad Bikes or Jeeps.
Q: Is there a particular way to charge my battery?
A: Please ensure that you DO NOT charge the battery for any longer than 8 hours. If the battery is charged for longer it will unfortunately cause permanent damage and you will need to replace it. You need to also ensure that you charge the battery at least once a month when not in use.
Q: How long will my battery last in a new ride-on car?
A: A fully charged battery should last between 45 minutes to 1 hour 15 minutes depending on the surface the car is riding on, the weight of the child and the frequency of it being driven. The flatter and smoother the surface, the longer the battery will last. After 100 recharges you will start to notice that you won't be getting the same run time between charges, please get in contact with us for spare parts and we can quote you on the replacement and delivery of a new battery.
Q: Will my car look exactly like the photo?
A: Stickers & decal are for display purposes only and may it may vary between cars.
